From Sesame Street to the Big Apple

Sunny day, sweeping the clouds away...
Well, at least until about 12:30.
Sesame Place entertained us all for the second time, but the Duckie Ride still took the ribbon for our favorite ride.
Some things you never outgrow.
After Sesame Place, we headed off to New York City (a tad bigger and harder to negotiate than Sesame Street). The Count's lessons definitely proved useful when we were navigating the subway and counting streets.
We met up with our cousin David and had "food all over the place" Chinese style. David told us about the book he is writing and his visit to China. He gave the group a lesson in using chopsticks -Miriam and Matthew still prefer the stab and gnaw method of chopstick dining.
Goodnight David. Thanks for a fun first night in NYC.
